Our first print issue since 2018, features the candy-like-cat cover artist Allison Bamcat, along some of the wildest artists of today.
In this issue, Animals, we are looking at the animal kingdom in all of its glory, not leaving out its flaws. We want to pay tribute to beings that have taught us lessons on life and have been our prime source of inspiration since the earliest stages in human evolution. We want to once again turn to the creatures we once worshipped as gods and spiritual teachers before our greed forcefully brought them down from their rightful thrones. Before we forgot to be humble and substituted nature with concrete, proclaiming ourselves the new rulers of a new jungle, detached from our roots and from nature’s ways. We want to reflect on the animalistic instincts within the matter that makes up mankind and our psyche and dissect them to find out what corrupts our morals. We want to remind ourselves again that no matter how sophisticated our tools, we are still just a bunch of fucking animals.
